Role snapshot

• Location & schedule: On-site in Pensacola, FL. Pitman schedule with hours approximately 5:45 PM6:15 AM; alternating weekly workdays including weekends.
• Reporting line: Sr. Value Stream Manager.
• Primary focus: Deliver SQDIP results (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity/Cost) through team leadership and lean execution.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day execution for a production area against KPI targets and build plans.
• Champion a safety-first, accountability-driven culture with continuous improvement at its core.
• Plan staffing, coordinate schedules, orchestrate training, and provide timely performance feedback.
• Deploy DBS tools5S, Daily Management, Problem-Solving Processto eliminate waste and stabilize flow.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and strengthen processes.
• Maintain compliance to the quality management system and support audit readiness.

What you bring

• 2+ years in manufacturing/operations; team lead or supervisory exposure preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and align teams.
• Results orientation, comfort with fast-paced environments, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and structured problem-solving.

Travel & physical expectations

• Travel up to 10% to Cytiva sites across the US and globally.
• Reach gauges/equipment positioned 56 feet high; lift/move up to 50 lb.
• Wear PPE as needed (e.g., respirator, air hood, hearing protection).
