About the Role:

Join our team as a Cruise Vacation Coordinator, supporting clients with organizing cruise vacations by coordinating bookings, planning details, and personalized recommendations in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in selecting cruise options and accommodations
  • Coordinate reservations and planning logistics
  • Provide guidance on onboard experiences and excursions
  • Manage documentation, payments, and confirmations
  • Deliver consistent and supportive client communication
