Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms. * Provide accurate information regarding delivery schedules, services, and company processes. * Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and operations staff to resolve customer needs. * Enter and update customer information, orders, and service notes in company systems. * Handle complaints and service issues with professionalism and problem-solving skills. * Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers.
