You’ll be part of the Global Workplace Planning team, which sits within BlackRock’s Enterprise Services organization. This team is responsible for delivering a workplace environment that is employee-centric, productive, and reflective of BlackRock’s values. Within this group, the Design & Construction (D&C) function leads the strategic planning and execution of capital projects across the firm’s global real estate portfolio. The team plays a critical role in shaping the physical workplace experience for thousands of employees worldwide. Why is your role important? This role is essential to driving BlackRock’s global workplace strategy and ensuring the successful delivery of capital projects that align with the firm’s growth and operational goals. As the Global Head of Design & Construction, you will lead the D&C function, overseeing projects across all regions and ensuring consistency in design, execution, and experience. Your leadership will directly impact how employees engage with their workspaces, and your strategic oversight will help optimize real estate investments. What will you be doing?For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$162,000.00 - USD$270,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
