What You’ll Do

As a DSP, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily needs while fostering independence and dignity. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, hygiene, and mobility.
- Supporting clients in achieving personal goals and participating in community activities.
- Providing companionship and building meaningful relationships.
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
- Communicating effectively with clients, families, and team members.
