**Pay Rate:**
_The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour*_
**What you'll be doing as a** **Groundman** **:**
+ Inspect and prepare loads for movement
+ Set, align, and level heavy equipment and machinery
+ Select and prepare the appropriate rigging gear, including beams, pulleys, clamps, and bolts
+ Inspect rigging before final use and perform post-rigging inspections
+ Monitor and maintain rigging equipment
+ Maneuver loads safely using heavy machinery and manual methods
+ Ensure compliance with all state and company safety procedures
+ Communicate effectively with rigging and construction teams
+ Break down and store rigging equipment after use
**Available shifts:**
Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day), Weekends
**Job requirements:**
+ Previous experience in construction, rigging, or heavy equipment operations preferred, not required as training is provided
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
+ Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
+ Strong understanding of safety procedures and willingness to follow all safety regulations
+ Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
+ Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
+ Background check and drug screening required
