Overview We are excited to announce the J.Jill Internship Program – our 10-week paid summer internship running from June through August 2026. Designed for rising juniors and seniors, this program provides hands-on exposure to a leading specialty retail company. Interns will contribute to daily business activities within their assigned departments while also gaining a broader understanding of J.Jill through cross-functional learning opportunities. This is a full-time program based at our office in Quincy, Massachusetts. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Human Resources Intern to support our HR team and deliver exceptional services across multiple functional areas. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our internship program, enhance associate engagement initiatives, and participate in projects that shape the overall employee experience.
