Resolve billing, policy change, coverage, and insurance claims issues using exemplary customer service skills
Compose tailored policy options, quotes, and educational materials to prospective and existing insurance clients
Check insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits to determine whether modifications are necessary
Ensure up-to-date information within insurance company databases to effectively drive sales and current customers
Employ creative networking and sales strategies to generate leads that convert prospective clients into new clients

Qualifications:

A thorough understanding of all insurance company policies and insurance coverage offerings, including their costs and benefits
Proficiency in Microsoft Office mandatory; proficiency in agency management systems preferred
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills are a must
Must hold a valid, state-issued insurance license(s): Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License
Effective collaborator with a goal-oriented approach to achieving sales success
