Position: Full-Time Maintenance Technician
Location: Master ConcessionAir LLC / DCA Airport
Hourly Rate: $25 - $30
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues, ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and food service facilities. This role requires general handyman knowledge and experience in various maintenance tasks, with a particular emphasis on maintaining routine restaurant appliances.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues.
• Address plumbing problems and perform necessary repairs.
• Maintain and repair refrigeration systems.
• Conduct general maintenance tasks as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on restaurant appliances.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC maintenance.
• HVAC Certification to purchase freon
• Previous experience in airport environments is a plus.
• Prior experience in food service facilities is preferred.
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to undergo a federal background check
• Lifts and carries up to 40lbs, up to 20 times per shift
• Frequent bending, stooping, and standing 100% of shift
