What You’ll Do - Build and manage your own referral network
- Meet with borrowers, take applications, and collect documentation
- Analyze financial and credit data to match borrowers with the right products
- Work closely with processors, underwriters, and closers to move loans forward
- Maintain strong communication with all parties throughout the loan process
- Stay active in your community and visible in the market
What We’re Looking For - Minimum 2 years outside mortgage sales experience
- Proven success in self-sourcing and relationship building
- Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, and FNMA products
- NMLS registration (must be active and maintained)
