Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients and their properties at a high end jewelry store

• Conduct regular patrols and monitor premises to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access

• Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, and emergencies

• Maintain detailed and accurate security reports

• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold Ballast Security’s high standards

Requirements

• Valid Class D and Class G Security Licenses

• Ability to work a full-time, on-site, standing post for an 8-hour shift

• Strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction

• Clean, professional appearance and ability to represent the company with integrity

• Reliable, punctual, and able to communicate clearly

• Prior security experience preferred, but not required
