What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned with project objectives.

  • Conduct impact assessments and readiness analyses to evaluate organizational preparedness for change.

  • Partner with business leaders to identify and engage key stakeholders and change champions .

  • Design and deliver communication, training, and engagement plans to support adoption and minimize resistance.

  • Support project teams in integrating change management activities into project plans.

  • Develop KPIs and success metrics to track adoption and change effectiveness.

  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to gather input and address concerns.

  • Provide coaching and support to managers and supervisors as they lead their teams through change.

  • Identify and mitigate risks related to organizational and behavioral adoption.

  • Collaborate with HR, Communications, and Learning & Development teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.

  • Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, transformation programs, or business process improvement .

  • Experience working in large-scale technology implementations (ERP, CRM, GRC, etc.) preferred.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute change management plans in complex, matrixed environments.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of change management principles , methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR), and tools.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to measure change outcomes.

  • Proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
