Job Description

Overview: The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy services by evaluating patients, establishing and implementing effective treatment plans with functional treatment goals, providing patient education and therapeutic intervention/activity programs and educating in use of assistive devices. Position is responsible for observing, evaluating and documenting the results of treatment interventions and modifying age-appropriate treatment plan accordingly. May be required to cover other areas of the WakeMed Rehab continuum as needed. Department Description:

Licensure: Licensed Physical Therapist Required Education: Bachelor's Degree Physical Therapy Required - Or Doctorate Physical Therapy Required Experience:

2 Years Clinical - Physical Therapy Preferred. Pelvic experience preferred
