Job Description

**Job Title: Production Finisher: 18-20/hr, 1st shift** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team that specializes in printing diverse plastic products for various industries. This role is not physically demanding and involves working with small parts. The position focuses on water work finishing and hand finishing with tools. **Responsibilities** + Detail parts through part breakout, removing support structures, sanding and detailing model surfaces. + Review files of each part assigned and follow work instructions. + Perform basic operations of tumbler, bead blaster, and wet blaster. + Complete and sign off on all paperwork and computer work for each job. **Essential Skills** + 3+ months of production experience. + Experience with precision measurement equipment such as micrometers and calipers. + Good mechanical aptitude and craftsmanship. + Computer experience with Microsoft Office programs and email. + Basic math skills. + Basic computer skills. + Measurement experience using hand tools. **Work Environment** You will work in a controlled manufacturing environment equipped with various washing, buffing, and sanding machines, as well as assembly tools. The position is for the 1st shift from 7am to 3:30pm, with flexible timing. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
