The Role:
We are seeking a results driven Program Director to lead complex, cross-functional programs across the Product Technology organization.
This role is responsible for aligning program objectives with organizational goals, managing program teams, and ensuring successful outcomes across multiple initiatives using program management best practices.
The Main Responsibilities
Lead large, cross-functional engineering programs from strategic planning through execution and delivery
Develop and maintain program roadmaps, project plans, and risk logs/mitigation plans
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence
Build and manage governance frameworks to ensure effective communication of program updates, dependencies, risks, and changes
Ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget, managing resources and coordinating efforts across teams and third-party partners
Contribute to strategic business planning to achieve organizational objectives
What We Look For In a Candidate
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of relevant leadership experience managing complex technology programs
Proven ability to manage competing priorities, drive clarity in ambiguity, and operate at both strategic and tactical levels
Strong relationship-building skills with business and technology partners; able to influence and collaborate across the organization
Demonstrated urgency, accountability, and high standards for self and team
Results-oriented, decisive, and hands-on leader with strong program management and business acumen.
PMI and/or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
