Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to oversee our quality assurance and control processes within the manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards, while leading initiatives to enhance product quality and safety. This role requires a strong understanding of quality management systems and the ability to drive continuous improvement across all operations.

Duties

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Oversee quality control processes, including quality inspection and assurance activities throughout the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in product quality and operational efficiency.
• Manage documentation related to quality systems, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Lead training initiatives for staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Analyze data related to product performance and defects, providing insights for corrective actions.
• Facilitate project management efforts related to quality improvement initiatives.
