Job Summary:
We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish/English) to support high-volume recruiting for non-IT roles. This position is based on site in our King of Prussia office and focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for operational, administrative, and professional positions.
Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates for non-IT positions
Conduct phone and in-person interviews in Spanish and English
Manage full-cycle recruiting from job posting to offer
Build and maintain candidate pipelines
Coordinate interviews and onboarding activities
Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruiting systems
Qualifications:
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
1 3 years of recruiting experience (non-IT preferred)
Experience with high-volume or staffing environments is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work onsite in King of Prussia, PA
