Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the full lifecycle of recruitment for open positions, including advertising roles, screening and interviewing candidates, assessing their skills and fit for the company, and managing the hiring process from offer to onboarding
Skills:
- Senior recruiter. High volume. Fast past. Attention to detail. Should reside in EST or CST (preference is EST). iCIMS experience preferred.
- Full lifecycle recruiting support to two nuclear power plants
- LinkedIn recruiting
- Schedule interviews and phone screen candidates before sending them to be hiring manager
- Working on drafting and extending offers to the candidates
- Working on Exempt roles
- Closely working with candidates hiring managers talent acquisition coordinators
- 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience
- 7 years with associate
- 9 years with High school diploma
- ATS systems experience is required
- ICIMS nice to have
- Nice to have utility, nuclear or power generation experience Industry manufacturing.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree preferred
