Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Support full-cycle recruiting for engineering positions
- Manage high-volume requisitions (30+ open roles at a time)
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Source, screen, and evaluate engineering candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
- Provide offer recommendations and support offer processes
- Manage pre-employment activities including drug screening and background checks
- Track and manage candidate activity through ATS (iCIMS preferred)
- Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and regulated industry requirements
- Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
- Support hiring timelines and ensure timely fulfillment of requisitions
Skills:
- Engineering recruitment experience
- Full-cycle recruiting in high-volume environments
- Intake management and hiring manager collaboration
- Interview scheduling and coordination
- Offer recommendation and onboarding support
- ATS experience (iCIMS preferred)
- Recruiting compliance in regulated industries (Utility / Nuclear preferred)
