Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential candidates through various channels like job boards, professional networks, social media, and industry events, then screening resumes and applications to assess qualifications and technical skills
- Conducting pre-screening calls, in-depth interviews, and coordinating technical assessments or assignments with hiring managers and engineering teams to evaluate candidates' abilities and cultural fit.
- Working closely with hiring managers to define job specifications and understand specific technical requirements, and also with HR professionals and technical teams.
Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as full cycle recruiters
- Experience with ICIMS ATS
- Experience in recruiting engineering roles like electrical engineer, Mechanical engineer, civil engineer and nuclear engineers
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent.
