Position Overview

We are seeking certified Reformer Pilates Instructors to lead small group classes and private sessions. Ideal candidates are warm, knowledgeable, and confident in adapting sessions for a variety of bodies and fitness levels. We value instructors who bring professionalism, curiosity, and a client-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, motivating group Reformer classes and private sessions

• Provide clear instruction, effective cueing, and thoughtful modifications

• Deliver an inclusive client experience for all skill levels

• Arrive early to set up the studio and ensure classes start and end on time

• Maintain a clean and organized studio and properly store equipment after use

• Support client engagement and retention by welcoming new clients and encouraging consistent attendance

• Uphold studio policies, client safety, and professional standards

• Maintain current Pilates certification and CPR/AED (if applicable)

Qualifications

• Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor

• Examples: Balanced Body, Power Pilates, BASI, STOTT, Polestar, etc.

• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience preferred

• New instructors with strong teaching confidence encouraged to apply

• Strong anatomy knowledge and ability to modify exercises

• Positive, professional, and reliable

• Excellent communication and class management skills

• Must hold or obtain CPR certification

Compensation

• Competitive hourly rate or per-class rate based on experience

• Private session rates available

Schedule

• Part-time opportunities with potential to grow

• Must be available for one or more of the following: mornings, evenings, weekends
