Dove Healthcare- Superior is seeking a new nurse case manager to add to our team!

If you are a nurse who is looking to take the next step in your career journey and use your experience to mentor, train and educate a team of caregivers while coordinating and overseeing the care of your patients, the role of nurse case manager could be your next calling!

As a nurse case manager, you will:

• supervise the day to day activities of assigned residents and employees
• coordinate, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing services provided to each resident using clinical competence
• review and audit compliance with the patient's plan of care and changing needs
• provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment
• participate in an on-call rotation

Required Qualifications:

• current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse (RN)
• degree from an accredited school of nursing
• wound care certification is preferred
