Join Southwestern Vermont Medical Center's RNNew Graduate Residency Program Southwestern Vermont Medical Center (SVMC) seeks New Graduate Registered Nurses to join Vermont's First Accredited RN New Grad Residency Program. Units include Inpatient Medical Surgical/Telemetry/ICU and Emergency Medical. Our program is specially designed to provide support, guidance and help develop a nurse's knowledge and skill during the first year of practice while transitioning into the constantly changing world of healthcare. The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing individualized, goal-directed nursing care.
