The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and enhancing complex modules and web applications within an enterprise environment. This role includes modernizing application components, integrating with existing systems, and adhering to organizational security and architectural standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, design, code, and test enhancements to complex system modules.
Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications supporting large-scale IT systems.
Review existing programs, design logic for new systems, and create flowcharts and documentation.
Conduct coding, testing, and debugging activities.
Develop data conversion strategies and system implementation plans.
Prepare, maintain, and obtain approvals for system and programming documentation.
Create and design new database schemas for data persistence in new applications.
Ensure compliance with established security frameworks, system architecture, and Salesforce design standards.
Integrate with mainframe systems, external document services, and existing web services; create new services as required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
Salesforce Implementation Experience: 8+ years of experience implementing Salesforce systems.
Salesforce Functional & Application Design: At least 5 years of experience designing Salesforce platform solutions.
Salesforce Certifications:
Admin 201 – Required
Platform Developer 1 (PD1) – Required
Platform Developer 2 (PD2) – Preferred
Salesforce Administration & Configuration: 5+ years of experience (including Sites, Security, CORS, Connected Apps, etc.).
Analytical & Coding Skills: At least 8 years of proven experience.
Salesforce Development Tools & Technologies:
5+ years with Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Workflows, Triggers, REST API
5+ years building Lightning Web Components, Flows, Triggers, REST API
Experience Cloud: 8+ years designing and building Salesforce Experience Cloud sites.
5+ years working with Salesforce Reports and Dashboards, including exporting, reporting, and publishing.
5+ years working with Salesforce Sandboxes, Integrations, and Application Development.
