ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a proactive intern to support our Supply Chain team by improving processes, updating work instructions, communicating changes, and analyzing workflows to identify gaps and propose solutions.
Internship Overview
During your internship you will work on your own project where you will:
Create and update work instructions to support production processes.
Communicate changes effectively to relevant stakeholders and ensure alignment.
Assist in process creation and cross-functional collaboration between departments such as QESH, Supply Chain, and Production.
Map and analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend practical improvements.
Identify tools and solutions to sustain and optimize new processes.

Education: HBO level, preferably in Business Administration, Business Innovation, Quality & Business Improvement, or similar fields.
Skills: Analytical mindset, stakeholder management, communication, critical thinking, and eagerness to learn. Experience with Excel, process mapping software, Smartsheet is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office is required.
Language: Excellent English skills.
Availability: Minimum 5-month internship, 32 hours/week (3 days onsite in Tilburg, 1 day remote).
