Marc’s Auto Service, a trusted name in roadside assistance and recovery, is growing! We’re looking for motivated Tow Truck Operators to join our strong and dedicated 27-member team . If you’re dependable, quick-thinking, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you.

Position: Light-Duty Tow Truck Operator

(Flatbed & Wrecker positions available)
Ideal candidates live in or near Wareham, Bourne, or Pocasset .

⭐ What We’re Looking For

• Valid MA Driver’s License
• Ability to pass background checks , including CORI for State & Local Police
• Strong common sense , problem-solving skills, and situational awareness
• Professional customer service and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to work in all weather, year-round

This is a demanding industry — but if you like variety, challenge, and meaningful work, you’ll love being part of our team.

Schedule Options

• Full-time & Part-time openings
• Seeking evening and overnight drivers
• Must be available for at least one weekend shift

Work Locations may include: Pocasset, Wareham, Middleboro

About the Work

You’ll handle:

• Motor club calls
• Police-requested tows (accidents, violations, recovery work)
• Light & medium duty towing (non-CDL)
• Optional heavy-duty towing (requires CDL)

We are expanding our police rotation coverage , so drivers able to take a truck home are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Pay based on experience and industry certifications
• Hourly pay for day/evening shifts
• Commission for on-call shifts
