Job Description

1. Manage warehouse operations: GRN, binning, FIFO, off-site inventory.
2. Ensure accurate inventory tracking and monthly/forecast physical audits.
3. Coordinate material-requirement planning with procurement and production teams.
4. Plan and execute domestic dispatches with transporters and 3PL partners.
5. Liaise with freight forwarders (FF), CHA, and shipping agents for import/export shipments.
6. Prepare and verify export documents, checklist filing, and shipping-bill presentation.
7. Create and manage SAP transactions: Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Sales Order, GRN, Delivery.
8. Support RFQ/RFP documentation and vendor evaluation for logistics partners
