Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Full Time
Location: Fayetteville, NC
Pay: $18–$21/hr (BT) | $22–$27/hr (RBT)
Schedule: Full-Time | Clinic, Home, & Community-Based
Make a daily impact by helping children develop communication, independence, and emotional regulation skills.
Responsibilities
Deliver direct ABA therapy
Implement individualized treatment plans
Track progress and behavioral data
Support skill development across environments
Qualifications
BTs welcome with training support
RBT certification preferred
Spanish speaking is a plus
Dependable transportation required

Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills
Spanish speaking is a plus, not required
Must pass background check and agency credentialing
