Position: Entry Level Production Assistant
Location: Tampa, FL
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to kick-start their career in the production industry, providing opportunities for hands-on experience and professional growth. As an Entry Level Production Assistant, you will have the chance to work alongside seasoned professionals, learning the ins and outs of production processes and contributing to exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with pre-production planning and logistics.
Support the production team during shooting, including set preparation and breakdown.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of materials.
Maintain inventory of production supplies and equipment.
Help organize and manage schedules for crew and talent on set.
Assist with basic technical tasks, such as setting up equipment and testing audio/visual gear.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Strong interest in film or television production and an eagerness to learn.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic knowledge of production equipment and terminology is a plus.
