About the Role
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Junior Marketing Trainee Manager to join our marketing team and progress through a structured development programme. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn all aspects of marketing, customer engagement, and team leadership, with the goal of progressing into a management position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and support the execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
• Assist with customer engagement, promotions, and brand activations
• Support day-to-day marketing operations and campaign coordination
• Work closely with senior team members to develop leadership and management skills
• Assist with training, mentoring, and supporting junior team members
• Collect campaign data and customer feedback to support performance tracking
• Maintain professional brand representation across all activities
• Participate in ongoing training and development programmes
