LEASING AGENTS WITH OR WITHOUT EXPERIENCE FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE!

Requirements:

• MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH.
• We are looking for Experience and No Experience we will train the right candidate.
• Basic understanding of MS Office.
• Good customer services skills.

Responsibilities:

• Present apartment to prospective clients in a persuasive manner.
• Evaluate clients’ requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations.
• Validate application information and references.
• Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements.
• Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically.
