The Chemist Pharmacy is committed to delivering exceptional patient care through personalized service and innovative wellness solutions. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Pharmacy Order Entry Technician to join our growing team.

• Accurately enter prescription orders into the pharmacy system.
• Verify patient information, insurance details, and medication data.
• Communicate with prescribers and patients to clarify orders when needed.
• Assist pharmacists in preparing and processing medication orders.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Support inventory management and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred.
• Previous experience in pharmacy order entry or retail pharmacy setting is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in pharmacy software and basic computer applications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
