The Orthopedic Clinic RN leads a team of Medical Assistants on a daily basis in this busy multi-disciplinary ambulatory setting. The candidate must have demonstrate leadership talent in supporting, directing, providing resources and education for the M.A. team. This requires a nurse who has excellent communication, delegation, and leadership skills. Other duties include managing schedules, supporting and assisting providers, Epic In-basket management, and problem solving. Shift: Full-time, 8 hour day shifts w/flex start times between 7:45-9am (No weekends, No Holidays, No on-call)Qualifications:

Salary Range: Minimum 38.49/hour - Maximum 59.66/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
