The pay range per hour is $20.19 - $36.35 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. A role with Space & Presentation means you're on a mission to create better store space and experiences for our guest while maximizing sales. We are responsible for ensuring the right item is on the right shelf in the right store. On the Space side, we do this by using analytics to determine the appropriate footage for each assortment for every store ("adjacency"). Each store's assortment is assigned to a planogram (POG) which is developed in Presentation to ensure the localized assortment meets presentation objectives and is associated to the correct location in a store. We believe that making increasingly better space allocation and presentation decisions will increase sales, improve guest satisfaction and reduce out-of-stocks. Here, you'll partner with and manage cross-functional project teams in Merchandising, Store Design, Marketing, Store Operations and Non-Retail Procurement from strategy to execution to achieve an inspiring and convenient in-store guest experience. As a Sr Specialist, Space & Presentation you will provide support for the entire Space & Presentation process from the beginning to end. You will create materials and adjacencies for Space Move packages in MerchX, and assist planogram team members in the production, proofing and publishing process. This includes production, cover page comments, bill of materials, revisions, tacking, printing, distribution, and filing. You will be responsible for daily maintenance of store tie databases and assist adjacency team members in the development and distribution of Space Move packages. You will assist in the development of new store and remodel package and tie process, as well as manage all eSupport Communication for the team. You will also be responsible for tracking, researching, distributing, and following up on all communication to ensure prompt resolution. We'll support you along the way with robust onboarding, as well as personal and career development, to help you grow as a strong Sr Specialist, Planogram. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
