Job Description

Salary: $80,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Advanced skills in Sketch, including symbols, shared libraries, nested symbols, and prototyping capabilities
• Strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Experience in creating responsive designs for both web and mobile platforms
• Proficient in design handoff tools like Zeplin, InVision, or similar tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for critical thinking regarding user needs
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and usability principles is advantageous

• Design and produce wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes that clearly represent user interactions and product features
• Fully leverage Sketch to create and manage intricate symbol systems, shared libraries, and adaptable design templates
• Conduct user research, usability tests, and competitive analyses to guide design choices
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the exceptional execution of designs
• Convert business and user requirements into effective UI/UX solutions
• Maintain consistency in visual elements and interactions across all platforms
• Continuously refine and enhance designs based on user feedback and data
