Required Skills & Competencies

  • Independent Sales Execution

    Ability to operate fully autonomously—from prospecting to closing—without daily oversight or hand-holding.

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting

    Proven capability to source, qualify, and engage decision-makers. Existing book of business or warm network strongly preferred.

  • B2B Consultative Selling

    Skilled in solution-based sales conversations focused on diagnosing operational inefficiencies and aligning services to real business pain points.

  • Systems & Process Optimization Awareness

    Strong understanding of business operations, workflows, CRM/ERP systems, automation, or digital transformation (technical depth not required, but fluency is).

  • Executive-Level Communication

    Comfortable engaging with founders, executives, and department heads; able to articulate value clearly and confidently.

  • Pipeline Management

    Ability to manage your own sales pipeline, track opportunities, and maintain momentum from first contact through close.

  • Negotiation & Closing Skills

    Demonstrated experience closing deals in a commission-based or performance-driven environment.

  • Self-Motivation & Accountability

    Highly disciplined, goal-oriented, and internally driven—success in this role depends on personal initiative.

  • Professional Brand & Credibility

    Presents as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional salesperson; understands long-term relationship building.
